Food Distribution Center Stacking of puzzles

Build a complex in the community of Colombia to address local refugee and food issues. In my opinion, the fundamental issue lies in two aspects: distribution and income. A large amount of wasted food is a treasure that can be reused; A large number of refugees, as long as they are given skills and opportunities, can rely on themselves; In times of crisis, the most important thing for an emergency center is to be able to protect itself Therefore, my design goal is to design a system that can work for refugees, serve the surrounding communities, and handle wasted food.
