We source our terrain and contour data from a web service called Digital Globe, and the CAD file represents what the contour lines have to offer. There might be changes in the existing site conditions due to mismatched data or due to changing development plans - but this in no way will affect the result of the competition.
Since this is an idea competition, participants can consider the site empty. They are required to follow the site plan drawing in the CAD file for technical detailing and refer to the site images for an understanding of the context. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
