Hello, I'm a participant in uni breaking work 3.0. With content in Site area Site area – 4,005 sqm FAR - 0.75 Ground coverage - 40% Height restrictions – 9m Coordinates - 41.4153739427783, -75.6724017585707 According to the information, it is 4,005 sqm*0.75=3,003 sqm. However, there is a contradiction in the area programme below because it says 'total of 200x7 + 100x14=3400sqm covered office spaces'. I'd apreciate it if you could give me an accurate answer.
