The site area has been reduced to 378 sq. and bound to the rooftop of only one building adjacent to the main street. There is an existing stairwell on the flat rooftop of the structure.
Please note the details on the updated CAD drawing as well as changes in the brief.

Thanks for your help. I am not completely happy, because the hole area is now just a half-way. But ist also ok. I mean, 700 are 700.
Interesting of we could work with the hole area also in 2 levels.
But this is also a good competition

I have a question about the Site Plan. Where is the stairs? On the pictures i see a small "building" on top. Or how may i deal with it?
in generall, the rooftop is not just in one level. i am something confused. Sorry.
