Chris Lenart

CHRIS LENART is the founder of lenartstudios, a San Francisco-based consultancy focused on brand-building product design. lenartstudios unique philosophy balances strategic product development with a real-world approach to user and client needs. The firm's award-winning team creates products that are not only highly acclaimed within the design community, but also achieve market success for clients including Dell, Microsoft, E ink, Knowles, Kyocera, Datalogic, Fujitsu and Nike. Prior to founding lenartstudios, Chris was the founder of newdealdesign, and an Associate Partner at Pentagram. He has extensive experience designing consumer electronics, mobile and personal computing products, household goods, sports equipment and medical technology products. Chris Lenart’s work has received numerous awards – most recently, Chicago Athenaeum GOOD Design, IDSA, ID Magazine Annual Review, IF Award, Japanese G-Mark, Gold and Silver awards from Business Week/IDSA, and Business Week 'Product of the Year'. His work has been featured in many design publications and has been exhibited at the Chicago Athenaeum, Henry Ford museum and San Francisco MOMA.
Jonathon Kemnitzer
Principal, KEM STUDIO, United States
Jonathon Kemnitzer is a co-founder and principal of KEM STUDIO, a design firm that fuses Architecture + Industrial Design. His close observation of everyday life and the way people interact with space and objects constantly informs his work. He is a collaborative designer who builds global brands (like Adobe, Herman Miller and Landscape Forms) through innovative solutions to make people's lives better through design. His work has been recognized in numerous national and international publications and design competitions, including the Good Design Award, Core77 Design Award, Interior Design Magazine Best of Year, Best of NeoCon, HiP honors, IDEA and AIA awards. Jonathon has an eclectic interest in music, film (he was once in a movie with Paul Newman) and the culinary world (he has a cocktail named after him). Additionally, he enjoys giving back to the community and is currently serving on the Product Design Professional Advisory Board for Kansas State University.
Davide Radaelli
Owner, Davide Radaelli Design Studio, Italy
Davide Radaelli is based in Milano (Italy) and provides a multidisciplinary consultancy for international brands in the fields of product design, exhibit and interior design, graphic design and art direction. Some works of his have been published by international press and exhibited in design shows all around the world. Davide Radaelli is the owner and creative director of Writeground, a the brand dedicated to high-end design-oriented stationery products. Davide Radaelli has also been a visiting professor in some Italian design schools, such as Istituto Marangoni and Poli.design, and has been an assistant professor at the Faculty of Design of the Politecnico di Milano.
