Fitness First

Born in Zagreb, Croatia in 1969. Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Zagreb in 1996. Since 2003 he has been running the architectural office SANGRAD. He has been recognized with several national and international awards (Medal for Architecture, VIKTOR KOVAČIĆ, VLADIMIR NAZOR, BIG SEE, and BSA award).

Born in 1980 in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Graduated at the UAA Architecture Faculty with honors. In 2007 he started the architectural practice AVP architects. He has been recognized with several national and international awards (Medal for Architecture, VIKTOR KOVAČIĆ, VLADIMIR NAZOR, BIG SEE and BSA award). He also has been awarded by the Mexican government for his high achievements as a Mexican overseas.

Jorge Bartolo was born in Coimbra, Portugal in 1968. He graduated in Architecture from Escola Universitaria das Artes de Coimbra in 1995. He established himself with two designs for a Fire Station and a Nautic Club. In 2000, he started a collaboration with the Saint Gobain Group by designing and renovating industrial buildings exploring new techniques merging the principles of the history of industrial architecture.. He went on with private housing and historical centers building renewal. Further collaborations began in this period with projects for Portuguese Municipal and Port Authorities, Portuguese Civil Protection Authority (SNBPC) and the National Forest Agency (AFN), regarding Urban Planning and strategy, Waterfront Design, and Theme Parks. In 2015 Jorge Bartolo worked on a project for a low budget GYM using light steel frame structure and cork as final outer cladding as a design process. It was followed by using the building method as a set of new building designs for commercial, sportive and housing. In 2018 he sets a series lectures in a Summer Academy at RUFA - Rome University of Fine Arts, regarding “container hotel design”. He is a member of Portuguese Architects Association and RETE - Association for Collaboration between Ports and Cities. Jorge Bartolo currently has offices in Figueira da Foz and Porto.

Francesca Silvi is an Architect and Engineer with extensive experience in Architecture, Real Estate, and Design. She previously worked as Senior Architect at Zaha Hadid Architects, after having worked at Foster and Partners, 3D Reid, Coffice. Francesca holds a MArch Architecture Design from the Bartlett School of Architecture and an MEng in Architectural Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. She is a tutor at the Architectural Association School of Architecture and a visiting tutor at NCUT. Francesca is Part III Architect registered at ARB. She is also a registered Engineer at OdIR (Ordine degli Ingegneri di Roma).
