The proposal is based on a detailed analysis of the cultural context - the atmosphere of the original Latin American streets, where life takes place mainly outdoors. It is interesting to connect the real life of the dance halls on the ground floor with dance school upstairs.

The aim of my proposal is to create a platform for the promotion of dance culture. My inspiration is the context to which the house responds and fits into the historic district.The concept seeks to find a connection with dance and looks for ways to interpret it in the final design.

The design refers to the free spirit of dance by positioning the spaces associated with dance in a disorganized manner and the other spaces in a more organized manner. The lightweight mass in the form of curtains attached to the building aims to emphasize the dance studios.
