Na is a Class A Registered Architect in China, LEED Accredited Professional, and NCARB. Na Wei graduated from Yale University School of Architecture with a Master in Architecture degree and Tsinghua University School of Architecture with Bachelor in Architecture degree. Before founding ELEVATION WORKSHOP / WEI architects, she worked for Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA/Rem Koolhaas), Beyer Blinder Belle Architects and Planners LLP (BBB) in New York, Atelier FCJZ and MADA S.P.A.M. in China. For OMA she was a project manager for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange project. At BBB she was responsible for the design of several important projects, including the Boston Natick Commercial Center, New York Apollo Theater renovation, development for the renovation and the expansion of Lincoln Center, the National Sports Museum, and Shanghai Cultural Plaza Grand Theatre.

Chris received his Master of Fine Arts degree from Rhode Island School of Design. He has taught at the Yale University School of Architecture, New York Institute of Technology, Rhode Island School of Design, and the Parsons School of Design in New York City. In China, he has been a visiting critic and has lectured at the South China Institute of Technology, Beijing Forestry University, and Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. He has been practicing in the design and fabrication business for over twenty years, working with a combination of new technology and traditional techniques. He has a unique knowledge of both architectural theory and history alongside the valuable practical experience.
