Nikita Tugarin

Graduated from MARKHI and the University of California at Berkeley, where he subsequently lectured for studio and structures classes. After earning his master's degree, he worked at SOM's Los Angeles office. During his several years in the US, Nikita Tugarin participated in the implementation of the most complex infrastructure projects all over the world. When, together with Petr Mironenko, he founded Pravda Bureau, he transferred this experience to his Eastern European practice. Pravda Bureau uses advanced design technologies and knows how to work with experts, solve complex engineering problems, adapting them to the local regulations and cultural customs.
Petr Mironenko
Partner, Pravda Bureau, Russia
Graduated from MARKHI, and before founding Bureau Pravda, worked for several years as a lead architect at Strelka and interned at the Dutch firm West 8. Petr stood at the origins of the Russian national programs My Street and Comfortable Urban Environment that have significantly influenced the way Moscow looks today. Peter also stepped beyond his role as an architect and led multidisciplinary teams creating strategies and projects for urban development. Petr Mironenko's experience with landscaping projects is the foundation of Bureau Pravda's comprehensive approach. For Pravda Bureau, a project is not only blueprints but also a development strategy, community involvement, and experts engagement. Thanks to Peter and his work in various regions of Russia, Pravda focuses on questions of identity and image of the area it is working with, be it a city, a neighborhood, or a street.
