1. Can we use underground level for some spaces?
2.Can we use undergroud level for parking?
3. How many levels down are permitted?
4. Can we design semi-buried accomodation units?
5. Do we have to design seperate observatory for professionals? If yes, then should we fasten the professional telescopes in the observatories?

1. Yes you can use underground spaces for this challenge.
2. Parking or other ancillary activities can be accommodated underground.
3. For this challenge, one level (3-4.2m) down is permitted.
4. You can design semi-buried accommodation units or other activities supporting stargazing but none should overpower the primary function (stargazing) of the pavilion.
5. You are free to design - combined/separate observatories for professionals and novice visitors. Interior details like the fastening of telescopes can be done as per your design/concept. Hope this answers your queries, Good luck!
Thank you for your answer. Since we do not want to design high structures above the ground level so that we don't block the view,, we wanted to ask if we can go underground with two levels (8m). Are we allowed to design two levels underground for this challange?

Hi! This challenge only permits one to go one level down (3-4.2 m), 8m down is not permitted.
Can we propose a carriageway that passes outside the towing limit?
