Hi, Does anyone know wether the required Max Area for twin sharing units is supposed to be 20sqm for each individual bed (40sqm for each twin sharing unit) or a total of 20sqm for each unit?
Thanks for the support, and may i know that it is necessary to allocate kitchen seperately for each unit or it could be common kitchens on the floor or it is an optional design desicison?
