Doubt: How do I ensure the public voting of my UPA '21 publication? Can anyone vote or do they have to be signed up on the UNI platform?
Only those who are registered on UNI platform can vote.
Are these three portfolios are the only shortlisted ones? The voting will end on 6 May, and these are the only entries that any one can see, so I guess the winners will be decided from these portfolios only.
No all the entries are yet to be announced.
