Explore a New World Beneath the Waves: Experience the Wonders of Deep Dive Dubai!
Discover the World's Deepest Pool and Immerse Yourself in a Spectacular Underwater Adventure

Dubai has added another unique attraction to its impressive list of wonders, with the opening of Deep Dive Dubai, the world’s deepest swimming pool for diving. The 60-meter-deep pool holds 14 million litres of water, equivalent to six Olympic-sized swimming pools, and has been verified by Guinness World Records™. The pool features a sunken city with an abandoned streetscape, furnished apartment, garage with cars and motorbikes, and arcade games, among other surprises, offering divers of all levels a thrilling and immersive experience.

Deep Dive Dubai's creators took the concept of deep pools to a whole new level by adding unique and exciting features to create a safe, controlled, and optimal training environment for divers of all types. The pool boasts two dry habitats at six and 21 meters, advanced sound and mood lighting systems, and 56 underwater cameras that cover all angles of the pool. The pool's fresh water is filtered and circulated every six hours through siliceous volcanic rock, NASA-developed filter technology, and UV radiation, making it one of the largest and fastest filter systems in the region. The water temperature is maintained at a comfortable 30 degrees Celsius for divers.
The 1,500 square meter facility, shaped like a giant oyster in a nod to the UAE's pearl diving heritage, includes a dive shop, a gift shop, a 40-seat restaurant that will be open to the public later this year, and a variety of meeting, event, and conference spaces. Large viewing areas on the lower floors of the building allow diners at the restaurant and other rooms to peer into the underwater environment.
Deep Dive Dubai is also the region's largest underwater film studio, with a media editing room, video wall, 56 underwater cameras covering the entire pool, and 164 lights positioned throughout the pool to create different moods. The facility offers courses at all levels of freediving, recreational scuba, and high-end technical diving, taught by a hand-picked team of international diving professionals, including several globally, recognized instructor trainers.

Deep Dive Dubai Director Jarrod Jablonski, a world record-holding cave diver and leading figure in the worldwide development of scuba diving, states that Deep Dive Dubai offers the best-in-class diving safety practices, procedures, and equipment. He further adds that the facility is designed to wow and welcome everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned divers. "For those seeking a unique experience, Deep Dive Dubai provides an exceptional, safe, and controlled environment to learn all about diving. For experienced members of the freediver and scuba dive communities, it's a facility and experience like no other."

Deep Dive Dubai is yet another example of Dubai's commitment to creating attractions and facilities that result from out-of-the-box thinking. From the indoor ski slope of Ski Dubai to the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, Dubai has an impressive list of wonders that are unique and unmatched globally. Deep Dive Dubai is no exception and is sure to be a popular attraction for divers and visitors alike.

In conclusion, Deep Dive Dubai offers a unique and thrilling experience for divers of all levels. Its impressive features, including a sunken city, advanced sound and mood lighting systems, and underwater cameras, create a safe, controlled, and optimal training environment. Its design, shaped like a giant oyster, pays homage to the UAE's pearl diving heritage. With a media editing room, video wall, and 164 lights positioned throughout the pool, the facility is also the region's largest underwater film studio. Deep Dive Dubai is another example of Dubai's commitment to creating unique and unmatched wonders.
