Flexible Office Interior Design in Türkiye: Remy Global Office by KAT73
A flexible, user-centric office interior in Türkiye that merges digital production, collaboration, and social interaction in a dynamic workspace.
Redefining the Workplace through Flexible, Human-Centered Design
The Remy Global Office Interior by KAT73 introduces a new paradigm in flexible office interior design, located in Türkiye and encompassing 245 square meters of multifunctional workspace. Completed in 2024, this project goes beyond traditional office design by blending production, creativity, and social interaction into a unified, adaptable environment. The design emphasizes openness and dynamism, making the office not just a place of work but a responsive, user-focused ecosystem.

A New Typology of the Contemporary Office
Moving away from the rigid, function-first approach typical of corporate offices, the Remy Global Office is conceived as a spatial experience. It encourages interdisciplinary collaboration, promotes spontaneous interactions, and nurtures creativity. This vision aligns with the shifts in modern work culture, where boundaries between roles, spaces, and work modes are increasingly blurred.

Centralized Studio as a Multifunctional Heart
At the core of the layout lies a studio that co-locates influencer marketing and digital content production units. Far from being a back-end technical zone, this studio is a performative, open-access platform designed for daily shoots, live broadcasts, and team-driven creative content. Its central location transforms it into a dynamic social and operational nucleus, reflecting the increasing importance of media production in daily business operations.

Spatial Fluidity and Rhythmic Circulation
The office’s circulation strategy connects distinct zones of focus, collaboration, rest, and interaction through an intuitive spatial rhythm. One of the standout features is the amphitheater-style blue tiered seating, which promotes transparency and informal engagement between the studio and surrounding areas. These stepped platforms support a range of uses—from formal presentations to casual team gatherings—encouraging a non-hierarchical and inclusive work environment.

Material Palette and Adaptive Design Language
The design employs a refined material palette that enhances spatial perception and emotional resonance. Exposed concrete surfaces lend an industrial edge, balanced by the natural warmth of wooden finishes. Metal frames articulate key transitions, while curtains function as movable partitions, enabling the space to shift fluidly based on daily requirements and project scopes. This material and spatial adaptability is central to the office’s flexible design ethos.

Social Integration at the Entrance
Rejecting the traditional reception desk model, the entrance is configured as a semi-open social zone integrated with a communal kitchen. This space serves as a meeting point for staff and visitors alike, doubling as a transitional node between departments. It sets an inviting tone for the rest of the office, encouraging community and connection from the moment one enters.

Aligning Design with Brand Culture
Ultimately, the Remy Global Office Interior stands as a fully integrated system aligned with the cultural identity of the brand it houses. Through a spatial language that merges function with visual clarity and comfort, the office becomes more than just a workspace—it evolves into a living, breathing environment that supports continuous innovation, learning, and collaboration.
