Antoinette Nassopoulos-Erickson, Senior Partner at Foster + Partners, said, "Our proposals for Marina Residential Tower build on these sustainable principles to generate a new paradigm for high-rise living and a green beacon in the landscape." Rising to 200 meters above sea level, Marina Tower will have 200 apartments on 45 floors. The key characteristic of the design approach is the creation of a building with a slim silhouette that harmoniously blends with the natural environment and the special character of the Mediterranean landscape.
The Marina Tower is one of the greenest high-rise buildings in the world and is a model of sustainable design. It incorporates best environmental practices and cutting-edge international safety protocols. All apartments will have pioneering services and amenities, excellent construction materials that are environmentally friendly, and the specifications of a smart building.

Marina Tower's green and water elements enhance the building's bioclimatic nature, and it is set to be a beacon of eco-conscious living in Athens. It will be one of the six tall buildings developed at the Ellinikon, one of the first architectural landmarks of the Ellinikon Masterplan.
The Ellinikon masterplan gives new direction to urban development in Athens, bringing together new ways of living, working, and playing, centred on a metropolitan park. It is a generous amenity for local communities and the city of Athens. Foster + Partners' proposals for Marina Residential Tower build on these sustainable principles to generate a new paradigm for high-rise living and a green beacon in the landscape.
Marina Tower's innovative design approach includes the creation of a building with a slim silhouette that blends harmoniously with the natural environment and the special character of the Mediterranean landscape. The tower's green and water elements enhance its bioclimatic nature, and it is set to be a beacon of eco-conscious living in Athens. The tower is expected to be completed within the next five years, and its completion will mark a significant milestone in the city's architectural landscape.
In conclusion, Marina Tower is a model of sustainable design and eco-conscious living, incorporating best environmental practices and cutting-edge international safety protocols. With its dominant green and water features, natural light, and unobstructed sea views, it brings an innovative design approach to the region. As the tallest green beachfront high-rise building in the Mediterranean, it sets a new standard for energy-efficient design and eco-conscious living in Athens.
