Oito House is conceptualized around a central courtyard, which serves as the nucleus of the home, organizing the spatial program and fostering a deep connection with the environment. The design incorporates five suites with private decks, a social terrace, and integrated living spaces, alongside a leisure annex complete with a sauna, changing rooms, and a gourmet area. This thoughtful arrangement ensures that each space maintains a strong relationship with the outdoors.

Materiality and Sensory Experience

The architects chose a palette of simple, genuine materials, including concrete, stone, wood, and vegetation, to blur the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces.
