Casa Água derives its name from the residents' profound desire to live in close proximity to water, setting the tone for an extraordinary residential project. Stemmer Rodrigues Arquitetura meticulously crafted a unique volumetric design that mirrors its aquatic inspiration. A water mirror envelops the residence, beginning in the garden and guiding visitors to the entrance, creating a harmonious connection between land and water.

Architectural Elements

The distinctive volume of Casa Água is adorned with an expansive aluminum panel featuring a wood finish, interrupted only by horizontal exposed concrete blades. A captivating walkway elevates above the water mirror, leading to an entrance door seamlessly integrated into the panel. Challenges and Solutions:

Overcoming challenges posed by the narrow plot, Stemmer Rodrigues ingeniously concealed cars with a translucent diagonal element housing the garage. The architects prioritized minimal intervention in the natural terrain's curves, utilizing the existing slope to suspend the pool over the garden.
