Luxurious Waterside Living: Água House by Stemmer Rodrigues Arquitetura in Eldorado do Sul, Brazil
Casa Água by Stemmer Rodrigues Arquitetura: Waterside opulence, blending architectural innovation with tranquil living in Brazil."
Discover a haven of waterside luxury in Eldorado do Sul, Brazil, as Stemmer Rodrigues Arquitetura unveils Casa Água. This architectural gem, boasting over 450 m², seamlessly integrates opulent design with the tranquility of its aquatic surroundings.

The Design Concept
Casa Água derives its name from the residents' profound desire to live in close proximity to water, setting the tone for an extraordinary residential project. Stemmer Rodrigues Arquitetura meticulously crafted a unique volumetric design that mirrors its aquatic inspiration. A water mirror envelops the residence, beginning in the garden and guiding visitors to the entrance, creating a harmonious connection between land and water.

Architectural Elements
The distinctive volume of Casa Água is adorned with an expansive aluminum panel featuring a wood finish, interrupted only by horizontal exposed concrete blades. A captivating walkway elevates above the water mirror, leading to an entrance door seamlessly integrated into the panel. Privacy from the street is a priority, balanced with breathtaking views of Porto Alegre at the rear.

Challenges and Solutions:
Overcoming challenges posed by the narrow plot, Stemmer Rodrigues ingeniously concealed cars with a translucent diagonal element housing the garage. The architects prioritized minimal intervention in the natural terrain's curves, utilizing the existing slope to suspend the pool over the garden.

Interior Elegance
The integrated ground floor layout enhances functionality, featuring a bespoke color palette of grays and vibrant orange accents. This unique palette, designed exclusively for Casa Água, complements the architectural elements and comes to life with carefully placed indirect lighting.
Embark on a journey of luxury living with Stemmer Rodrigues Arquitetura's Água House. Experience the perfect blend of architectural innovation and serene waterside living in this 2022 masterpiece.
