Design Philosophy:

At the heart of the L-shaped structure lies the "Social Core"—a central area designed to encourage interaction among residents while balancing private and public space. This shared zone offers:

  • Collaborative meeting areas
  • Cafeterias and supermarkets
  • Recreational playgrounds

Housing Diversity:

The building provides five distinct types of apartments, catering to varied family sizes and preferences. Each apartment includes:

  • Private kitchens and bathrooms
  • Balconies with direct sunlight
  • Spacious living areas for personalization

The building design integrates layers of functionality:

  • Socializing Hubs: Promoting community interaction through shared spaces.
  • Green Integration: Enhancing sustainability with green spaces and environmental interactions.
  • Cultural Exchange: Facilitating cultural and recreational activities within the Social Core.
