510 x 4 House10x4 House uses a bottom up approach to designing housing. The individual modules are designed to create a variety of spaces that cater to a larger demographic. These modules are then aggravated on site, following the diagram of the master plan. The dwellings are arranged in clusters around a Central Park.

10The O2 PodThe "O2" or "Air" POD is the result of an exploration into alternative materials and forms for cost effective housing in the future. Our solution to expensive and heavy building techniques was to approach the problem from another angle, developing a light pre-fab pod that can be mass produced at a low cost out of an inflatable membrane.
165Farm/House, A Hustle Hub for Young HustlerFarm/House is a new housing strategy that combines housing with urban farming. Here, a young hustler who doesn't have much money to rent a house at the city center can rent as they need. They can rent the initial minimum house unit that can be extended later. The unused housing space that they don't rent will work as urban farming. Simple and profitable!
3DYNAMIC SQUAREWe propose a residential building based on existing urban elements and a newly developed urban block. It has an overall shape that maintains the urban language within a rectangular grid. Masses of different sizes within a rectangle are joined together to represent a dynamic volume.
