10 x 4 House

10x4 House uses a bottom up approach to designing housing. The individual modules are designed to create a variety of spaces that cater to a larger demographic. These modules are then aggravated on site, following the diagram of the master plan. The dwellings are arranged in clusters around a Central Park.
