Russia and HUAWEI recently reached a comprehensive strategic cooperation. Moscow will make 100% of 5G smart city.The maturity and application of 5G also promote the landing of VR technology. Meanwhile, Russia and China are jointly promoting the china-russia youth entrepreneurship incubation policy. So, based on these, we conceived of a whole new community.
