Unveiling Editorial's Exquisite Design: The Marvelous Sabino 10 Residence
Is Sabino 10 the Epitome of Modern Elegance? Exploring Editorial's Architectural Masterpiece

Amidst Queretaro's booming real estate market, the commission for this project was to create a house for sale that would take advantage of the market's momentum. On a suburban plot with no particular features or intended users, the proposal was a cryptic construction facing the street, with inner terraces and a central patio. The spaces were organized into three separate volumes, encouraging inhabitants to enjoy the warm weather and practice everyday activities outdoors. This indoor-outdoor dynamic was complemented by a continuous travertine marble surface. To create long, uninterrupted walls, service areas and bathrooms were hidden behind wood panels. A fountain was installed to create a microclimate in the hottest area of the dwelling, cooling the patio and filling the adjacent areas with the sound of water. Facing the patio, the cantilevered monolith was supported by sliding windows that were concealed by walls; this contradictory relationship was further emphasized by hanging plants that highlighted the gravity of the structure.
