2SUSTAINABLE CONGLOMERATION THE CONTAINER PROJECT explores the concept of sustainable design combined with the advantages of modular containers for housing units on University of Los Angeles’ existing housing property. The primary component will be fifteen 8 feet by 40 feet shipping containers designed to create open courtyards, access to parking and an interest in elevation.

For the realization of the idea we offer 5 variants of modules composed of 15 containers in the shapes of Tetris figures: T, S (Z), O, I, L (J). They can be placed on land in different ways.

There are only 0 and 1: 1 - filled structure (residential), 0 - void structure (non-residential). Thanks to the use of the algorithm, the concept uses combinations of modules that form a competent structure of the complex.
