Riham Nady is a Professor of Design and Environmental Control Systems at the Department of Architectural Engineering in Pharos University in Alexandra (PUA). She has worked several years in the professional practice of architecture besides the academic field which gave her the experience to become the coordinator of execution design courses. She has an extensive experience in teaching and continuously updating the methods of teaching and learning techniques of such courses. Also, she has an academic experience in teaching other courses such as architectural design, theories of architecture, environmental studies in architecture, technical systems in buildings, … etc. Her research interests focus on architectural, environmental and urban design, particularly issues related to Alexandria, Egypt. She has published several research papers in highly ranked journals, participated in local and international conferences, architectural competitions, academic collaborations, staff mobility programs and served as a certified juror for various architectural projects and competitions.
