Site Analysis
We conducted an in-depth analysis of the site using climate diagrams, location data, and a survey. This allowed us to better listen, understand, and ultimately satisfy the needs and demands of the people of Semarang.
Projects Concept and Construction Methods
By considering the site semi-submerged, we were able to provide several methods that help with flooding resilience in terms of design concepts and structural techniques.
Building Design Standard
While considering the site semi-submerged, we were able to bring more than one building type: elevated buildings and floated houses.
