To meet the demands of the competition, which was to design a residential complex with the ability to grow with the residents, we were looking for a plan that could meet the cultural, social, climatic and sustainable development needs.

The project adds sustainable extensions to the Schammatwiese neighborhood, creating high-quality housing and semi-public communal areas while renovating façades. Using a modular timber system with clay and lime finishes, new apartments integrate into the existing grid. A new building adds barrier-free units, community spaces, and a social hub.

ASHRAY- an extension to Public Space

This is the Bus Stop proposal for the city of Pune in India. This project aims to understand needs of various local stakeholders pf Pashan-Sus Link road adjacent to a Bio diversity park, which impacts in heavy ridership by the Local bus service-PMPL. The project also tries to strike a balance between ideas of Sustainability and Smart City mission in India.

We thought of how we can approach the idea of a “pocket home” as literally as possible. What if you could take out the phone from your pocket, download an app, and order yourself a living module? You could even take it apart and assemble much like children’s building blocks.
