Good design proposal that considers all aspects of the brief and the site.
The strong point of this scheme is the integration into the surroundings - an architectural festival with water/boat connection and an animated landscape which flows out of the marquee to forums and pavilions. The transient image seems to me more suited to the kind of trade fair exhibition of consumer goods or of theatre, discussion etc rather than architecture. But the brief is well worked out and well distributed.
