The hub as a research center is a starting point that offers interesting development prospects. Equally interesting is the organic-mechanistic approach of the building typology. However, the development of the project does not go beyond the embryonic stage. Greater integration with the built and more atmospheric simulations would have helped the understanding of the design.
La lógica interna del proyecto es muy buena. Los espacios resultantes tienen un fuerte carácter. La utilizaciónd e materiales, su repetición y bandas de redundancia son atractivas. La inserción en el medio es clara y contundente.
