Some interesting ideas and potential spatial experiences, but would benefit from a better presentation and stronger graphics. Architecture gesture is very dominant and questions whether appropriate to represent the various considerations the brief demands.
Various tubes, piled like flotsam on the quay - the basic idea could fit, if it was clear how this formal decision benefited the design. Floor plans, sections, interior atmosphere and circulation are all lacking and it remains an unexplained idea, an opportunity missed.
Interesting starting point however needs more development.
