This is a beautiful piece and a beautiful proposal. It resolves problems on plastics treatment, reef restoration and algae growing intertwined with very attractive living spaces. It is difficult to know how many people live in this piece, somehow it looks larger than the competition program. It is also difficult to envision future growth or connection of several pieces.
