This is a beautiful piece and a beautiful proposal. It resolves problems on plastics treatment, reef restoration and algae growing intertwined with very attractive living spaces. It is difficult to know how many people live in this piece, somehow it looks larger than the competition program. It is also difficult to envision future growth or connection of several pieces.

Findings support the argument that traditional land reclamation methods are not a practical long term solution apart from its various disadvantages on the ecosystem. Our approach to solve this problem was to adapt to environment and use floating structure against SLR impacts.

"Heart of the Ocean"

The main idea of the project is to combine the normally understood building structure with the power of the element into a kinetic hybrid. It aims to symbolize synergy between human activity and ocean power. The effect of this combination are two large oceanic waterfalls which appear flooding the existing object.
