Bollywood Heights...A Film City Tower

It is a design proposal for a vertical film city under the cover of a undergraduate thesis project. The setting of this story is in the Mahim Bay, a bay which is a part of the Arabian Sea in Mumbai. Standing as a net-zero energy building it will be self-efficient to generate energy for its use and will also help in cleaning water of the Mahim Bay.
