This project begins with observation of these biological movements. Movement is thought to be the biggest characteristic of living things. The caterpillar has a special movement. It gains momentum through special physical movements of the whole body, not simply through rotational motion of partial joints.

Love the idea of a home that expands and contracts, and it also looks beautiful and functional. Solar panels are a great addition. I would be interested to learn more about how the floor plan or other function (temperature) changes as it expands and contracts, and also see more about how the mobile structure could be more self sustaining.
Gorgeous! :)
