CO-LIVING HOUSE
The residents of this house are six people from three different generations. They are three couples, aged 20, 40 and 60, respectively. They have known each other for a long time and feel like family to one another. On this basis, the first decision taken was for a building whereby everything is shared. There are no walls in the house.

Explanation of Co-Living House
They do not care for boundaries and things that keep people apart permanently. They also have a keen interest in craftsmanship and would like the possibility of being able to transform their own living space.
Concept
Furthermore, in terms of the furniture, the chairs in the house are specially designed for it and can be transformed into desks or tables that can be attached to the metal columns, which can then be stowed away in the specially designed columns on the three obligatory ‘blind’ walls. This proposal feels spacious, with a healthy greenery inside the house.
Uses
Besides the standard uses a home has – bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and the living room - this home is equipped with spaces for other activities, such as a living room / projector room, a multifunctional room for use as either a playroom or sitting/relaxation space and a library, which can be used as a study or office space.
Inside and streetview
In addition to the above spaces, there is the main atrium in the middle of the building (accessible from the ground floor and running throughout the entire structure from top to bottom), and the front yard at the entrance. Most of these spaces can enjoy the feeling of an open-air space thanks to opening windows in the roof, the front elevation.
