The levels of the museum are twisted in a spiral, gradually increasing and complicating the concepts, ideas and techniques of architecture, ecoming more sophisticated and diverse. These three concepts ( EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, PROFESSION) refer not only to the history of the development of architecture, but are also quite modern manifestations of the profession.

Promises of the concept are not transcribed in the design proposal. Uneven quality of output and images. Not clear where the twisting occurs.
The only scheme which fills the site ! A lantern of changing luminosities and patterns extends the massive concrete block of the quay - very good. The whole thing a winding ramp. It's a shame the interior is not worked through to the same degree - while the ramp concept is simple it is perhaps somewhat schematic and monotonous, more varied spaces would have been helpful. The design relies for variety on differing exhibition systems - these, as they stand, however also risk become too repetitive.
