Exploring the Intangible: A case of Mathura

The intent of the thesis is to enhance and append pilgrims’ experiences in the sacred landscape of the city of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The physical markers such as temples, ghats and kunds are studied and analysed to develop infrastructure for the pilgrims along the parikrama route.
