Flexible Square
During our lives we experience many changes, so it is often necessary that the spaces we use also change. The house is one of those spaces that we usually buy / build once in a lifetime and use it forever, but due to the fact that the family changes over the years, modular houses which are flexible depending on our requirements are very necessary nowadays.

This is a really strong concept with incredibly interesting spatial situations and the possibility of growth is ideal. But I really miss a floor plan. When the idea of modularity and growth are part of the project it is KEY to see how that plays out in floor plan: how spaces can extend, which walls go, what is the location of the stairs, etc..
This is a fantastic project. We appreciate the attention to resiliency in the house. The project has a vision that goes beyond the competition requirements. Well done!
