Hustle Hub Moscow

Cohousing complex composed of three high-rise buildings. Main idea of this project assumes creating two main functions inside. Base of each tower holds commercial office space which is used for maintenance of building with cohusing on the upper levels. Towers are connected by two connectors with mixed functions such as coworking areas, and service premises.

ZIL-IVE

The ZIL-IVE is the new Hustle Hub of Moscow; the most attractive residence for youths. The building proposes a new concept of co-living and co-working. It hosts many public functions that enhance the hub?s integration with the city. The new intervention will regenerate the former industrial site of ZIL by transforming it into a mixed urban environment.
