Linna Diamond
The main idea for the new opera house is to reinvent the traditional type of an opera - great architectural external effect with hidden internal processes. All internal processes of the house were insulted and could be freely experienced by a public stream of visitors. Also in its architectural form and conception, the program is been shown.

The most interesting and intriguing entry. Taking maximum from existing Linnahall and surrounding landscape, making it afloat. Its perverse irony and dark playfulness are the qualities that are very often missing in contemporary architectural discourse. 10 points. If the outer core of Linnahall could have been preserved totally, the statement would be even clearer.
