Locus Habitat
High Rise mixed-use housing plan in the future Smart City of Bhopal, focusing on Transit Oriented Development. The design aims to make a place for all commercial and residential communities while accommodating the cultural change. The form is derived through lighting & heating analysis with a central courtyard as an interactive core for multiple activities.

Site Plan
The site is a part of the proposed Smart City plan. Located on the 45m Boulevard Street and in the middle of two main nodal points. The site takes advantage of the adjacent Green Belt and the views of T.T Nagar Stadium.
