It would be great to understand the project in greater detail - the project could further explore how it responds to the greater context of the site, the current social, political and economic environment. The authors have briefly mentioned different modes of working, and we feel that this idea could be pushed and developed further, as well as consider how these spaces would interface with each other. The authors have also considered using a space frame construction to allow for flexibility, it would be good to understand the materiality and construction methodology proposed to meet the requirements of the brief.
