I love how this project is increasing the interactions and also its focus on renovating the worn-out areas.
the modular furniture and structure is amazingly well-designed
exactly
it is great that all the parts are prefabricated.
This project is designed to be located in one of the Tehran’s most primitive regions, O’dlajan. This worn-out urban texture was the inspiration to consider this site as a context of renovation alongside respecting the identity and cultural heritage of the surroundings.
Our designed building contains 87 residential units to and from which we can add more or subtract some. Our block is made of two types of compact houses with the carpet area of 28 m² for single occupancy and 70 m² for double occupancy. These units are made of a 14m² base module with the dimensions of 3.5W x 4L x 3.5H. Our single occupancy is made by plugging two and the double one by plugging five of the base modules together.
