Public library and housing complex

This mixed-use building is located in Saint-Etienne, France, a former industrial city near Lyon. The public library, the mixed-generation apartment building and the collective housing apartment building spread vertically from the public space. This project aims to create social diversity at an urban scale and the building scale.
