The challenge here was to be able to design a facility that would cater to their residential needs, livelihood and education for themselves and their children, along with providing them requisite training for becoming self sufficient and train future residents.

THE CHAIN

As the main concept of the design, homeless youth were considered as a link in the chain. The basic design idea was to create a union that would allow these rings to come together and interlock with each other and overcome these problems. Conceptual design of a sustainable women’s village in Afghanistan. The project is an approach of creating a settlement for 100 widowed women and their children. The war widows lost their foregoing homes. Moreover, they have lost their identity and the children have no more possibility to get education. The concept project involved through a deep reserach.
