The proposal is a bit stiff, and the final outcome does not communicate the ispiration from water clearly. The transparancy could be attained in a more conceptual way, and the building could have a stronger relationship to water in both placement and shape. The lack of description makes the project hard to understand. The plans are rational, and spatial disposition seams to work.
