This library is an amalgamation of modern technology and traditional learning methods. The focus is on the experience of users with every space being easily accessible. It features a central library core that hosts all functions related to study, research and storage of knowledge. The aim of this concept is to reinforce the idea of the library.

The book tower is new social instrument. Everybody with the knowledge to sharing could performance in the space, and open to the public. The new role of the library will become the vital think tank of the city. The public domain spiral and characterised with diverse learning activities, intertwining with the city view.
