Singapore Boutique Hotel

Nestled within the busy Central Business District of downtown Singapore, the team was asked to develop a proposal for a boutique hotel on the uniquely shaped site. With the steep terrain and thin trapezoidal planning area, the proposal was limited by conservation guidelines, varying height restrictions and other planning restrictions.
