Though, very appealing aesthetically, this project doesn't bring any innovation in the field and covers needs of the cart partially.

Very clear, systematic approach. The metal frame and multiple infill options are a good way to consider the design of the cart. In the two options for pastries and ice cream it will be a bit of a challenge to make those deep (and in the case of the ice creams, heavy) drawers work. Also with cooling required for the ice creams & soft drinks - the cart will need to accommodate a compressor and batteries - It isn't clear how this is accommodated. When storing food its always best to have these visible, like in a pastry shop - rather than in a dark drawer. The marginally retractable roof isn't doing too much more when opened out. Could one have considered bigger retractable overhangs?

Can be developed further to refine the design and made more cost effective . The long drawers for the ice-cream with its full weight might not be too stable.
