Although attention to public use has been given in the form of a enormous square, the architectural scale of the individual user seems to have had less attention in the design, as only the large scale in a basis gesture has been addressed . A layering in scales could be introduced, with more depth and texture, introducing use in the facade, with added program and active balconies.
