The Carbon Capture Ocean Museum expresses the sustainability of the ocean through the conversion of oil rigs into Carbon Capture Cities to reverse carbon released into the environment back into the ocean as Liquid Carbon and the structure is made to resemble the waves and tectonic spaces of The Ocean.
