THE PERANAKAN TERRACE
Peranakans is a culture established through the marriage of the early Chinese settlement and local Malay. The fusion of the combination leads to the unique elements which are the prior referral to the project located at Georgetown. Passive design strategies were applied in conjunction with the Peranakans building characters to overcome the weakness on site.
